Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp (7415915575) or email cultxone.official@gmail.com with your order number.
Once a tracking link has been issued the order has left our facility and cannot be cancelled.
We may cancel an order ourselves — with a full refund — where a kit is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where a cash-on-delivery order goes unconfirmed for 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by UPI to a number you nominate.
Bank processing can add a further 3–5 working days depending on your bank.
