SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Dispatch times

Every kit is dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 6 PM IST, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday go out the next working day.

For cash-on-delivery orders the 24-hour clock starts when you confirm the order on WhatsApp, not when you place it.

2. Delivery timelines and charges

We currently ship within India only.

3. Cash on delivery

COD is available across India at no extra charge, alongside UPI, cards and net banking.

Once you place a COD order we send a WhatsApp message asking you to confirm it. If it goes unconfirmed for 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled.

We know that is stricter than most stores. Undelivered COD parcels are the single largest cost in Indian e-commerce, and absorbing them would mean charging every customer more. This keeps the kit at ₹499.

4. Damaged or missing kits

Kits ship in a rigid flat mailer specifically so the sheets arrive uncreased. If something still goes wrong:

• Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
• We reprint and reship the affected sheets free of charge.
• You do not need to return the damaged kit.

5. Returns and cancellations

Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number. Once the tracking link is issued the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Kits are printed to order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the mailer has been opened. An unopened mailer can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping at your cost.

This does not affect your rights where a kit arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described — those are covered in full under section 4, at our cost.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. For COD orders we refund by UPI to a number you nominate.
